LUCAS POGETTI ZANETTI
Founding Partner
With over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Lucas founded LUCCE Partners in July 2024. Before founding LUCCE, Lucas was a partner at RGS, director of XP's investment banking team, responsible for covering Consumer and Financial Sponsors. Prior to XP, Lucas worked in the Investment Banking Division at BNP Paribas, Santander, Deutsche Bank, and Itaú BBA. Lucas holds a degree in Business Administration from Insper and has completed courses in Corporate Governance at Harvard, and an Executive Program at Columbia Business School.
LUIZ YOSHIDA TAKEDA
Analyst
Luiz joined LUCCE Partners in June 2025. He is currently enrolled in an International Business Administration Graduation Program at FGV – EAESP, with expected graduation in June 2026. Luiz has prior experience as an intern at FGV Invest, worked at FGV’s Junior Economics Consulting group, and served as a volunteer finance instructor at Avenues São Paulo.
