LUCAS POGETTI ZANETTI
Founding Partner
With over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Lucas founded LUCCE Partners in July 2024. Before founding LUCCE, Lucas was a partner at RGS, director of XP's investment banking team, responsible for covering Consumer and Financial Sponsors. Prior to XP, Lucas worked in the Investment Banking Division at BNP Paribas, Santander, Deutsche Bank, and Itaú BBA. Lucas holds a degree in Business Administration from Insper and has completed courses in Corporate Governance at Harvard, and an Executive Program at Columbia Business School.
BRUNO PEREIRA
Partner
With over 7 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, and Private Equity, Bruno has been a partner at LUCCE since November 2024. Before becoming a partner at LUCCE, worked as an Associate in the Private Equity team at Aqua Capital and was part of the M&A team at SIMPAR. Before SIMPAR, Bruno worked in the Investment Banking Division at G5 Partners, BTG Pactual and Deutsche Bank. Bruno holds a degree in Business Administration from Insper.
